best security camera software for windows 7 image

i have a hp-460 with windows 7 pro installed. i want to connect two cctv security cameras to record video./audio... how should i connect the co-ax cables?.. do i need extra equipment?

In order to connect analog cameras via co-ax cable to your windows based PC, you will need to install a DVR capture card on the PC. Here is a video tutorial on how to install a GeoVision based capture card in a PC.

Once you have installed the capture card, you will need to install the Drivers for the capture card. GeoVision has its drivers on the software installation CD and is the first option when you run the software.
After you install the drivers, you will need to install the DVR software for the capture card and set the record configuration to your needs. Once this is done, you will be able to record the audio and video from your cameras to your PC.
