Hello i have a iphone 3g and kindle fire I came up with a cool idea that i could use my iphone as a security camera type thing so i can see whats going on in the house when im gone but i need an app that can do that. I already have a webcamapp that uses my network on the computer to make itself a webcam but i dont know how I can get my kindle fire to view thestream anyone have any ideas? thanks!

You don't need to buy some high-tech things to make your iPhone a security camera.
Just download skype and make an email ID for skype
Add your contact to the new skype email
Video chat with the new email and hang the iPhone where you want.
Done.

I need a camera to put in my workshop. This location has electricity, but does not have internet. My home is about 500 feet away from my workshop. I need to be able to view activity from my home at any time. I want a camera that I can simply plug in to work or that will work wirelessly. Any ideas of cameras I could use for security purposes?
