How do I hook up a security dome camera to my tv?

I have a dome camera that has an output for power and video. I have hooked it up straight to my tv by a coax cable, and using an amplifier, and there is no picture. I have tested the camera with a meter, and it is getting power.

How do I remove a cover of a Dome security Camera?

I'd like to remove the cover off my dome security camera to reposition the camera. There is absolutely no identification on it at all. I've unscrewed the three screws on the bottom but nothing happened. What should I do?
