I'm planning on getting two indoor wireless security camera and one outdoor one.

Will it be advisable to put up some fake security cameras as well?

I live in a safe neighborhood and never had any problems the past 10 years, but better to be safe than sorry.

Can you give me any tips about both real wireless security camera and fake ones?

It's just to keep the opportunistic burglars at "bay". I know nothing will keep out hardened criminals if they want to rob and kill me.

Definitely advisable. Also you should get a few signs saying that you have camera's in the area. The police might be able to help you with that.

This is for my folks place - they don't have internet or computers.
Is it possible to just install a motion detector camera and check my iphone once in a while to see what ever goes on outside?
They are having quite a number of thefts outside their place day and night.

Hey,dude, only ip security camera can do this, so when you install it, it does require use internet.
It's okay to have no computer, but it needs internet.
