how do you install Swann home outdoor security kit ADS-150 Real and Imitation Cameras?

i just bought a security system for my house and all the instructions are in a different language. i think i got the basics of how to do it but i want to make sure.. does anyone know how to properly install the camera and dummy? if so you would be a huge help right now :)

Can someone tell me what to buy so I can set up a home security camera?

I want to set up a home security camera that is motion sensitive to record video when it detects motion and record the video on my home PC. I need to know what to buy exactly, I dont' think I have a video recording card. Any brand names that are good would help and where to buy them.
