Dvr security camra internet question?
R~E
I have my dvr set up so I can view my cameras from my local network by entering the dvrs ip address into my browser and android app. My question is how do I make it so I can view the camera off my network(anywhere in the world)?
Answer
You couldn't directly connect to the camera's anywhere per say. What you would have to do, is actually remote or VPN into your network, then from there launch the browser and navigate to the IP addrese of said camera. Basically, you have to gain access to your internal network, before accessing the cameras. Unless the dvr system came with a client software that you can that will allow you to access directly.
