So someone I know can see into our viewsonic security camera by using an app on their iPhone. How do you do that and what app is there that you can get? Also can you do this on an iPod touch aswell?

Hello. I want to be able to access my security cameras at work from home. I got an app on my phone called "i-smart" to do this. I was able to access the cameras through this app while I was at work on the wi-fi at work, but once I switch to my phone's 3G or used the wi-fi at my house it told me connection failed and it would no longer connect. How can I fix this as to where I am able to connect remotely to the security cameras regardless of what internet connection I am using? Thanks!
