Can you get caught shoplifting by security video camera?

Can I get fined/arrestified/notified because of shoplifting by evidence of video camera if I satisfy all of these conditions: a) I am a suspicious person who CVS will likely check the security video of (if there is one) b) CVS knows my name c)CVS know what school I go to.

why wouldn't you be able to get caught? Even if they didn't have any of that, they'd probably catch you next time you try to steal anything. Which in my opinion, if you're stupid enough to get caught shoplifting, you should be shot to decrease the surplus population of morons.

Hi so we have a security camera that allows up to view our property. Does anyone have any step by step instructions on how to set up the camera on a webpage or something through the internet so i am able to view the camera when i am not at home?

One easy solution would be to purchase something like a Linksys internet video camera (linked below) that you can find in many stores or online and runs about $90-$100. Give it power, plug it into your router, and you can access the feed when not at home.

There are other similar products on the market.

If your goal is to use an existing webcam setup, that would be a little more complicated.
