i DO NOT want to use a network to stream live video

using a network is good for webcams and security cams but what if am in an area where i cannot get a good signal from my cell phone provider.

so i am looking for a peer to peer wireless micro wifi camera that will pair with my android phone and stream live video thru the phones video camera and able to record to the sd card

i have searched (googled) for hours and days trying to find what i am looking for but all i come up with are apps for IP web and security cameras

is there an app that can do this?

You can have a camera connected (wired or wireless) to a camera recorder which is plugged into the LAN. You can use the wireless capability of the smart phone to access the recorder and achieve what you want over your LAN.

That won't be free or cheap either.

Your video will have to be fetched from the "cloud", then multiple users will be able to watch it from the cloud.
