Q. Ok I am the only users on My laptop. When opening "computer" then selecting propteries I was messing around with the computer rights. IDK what I did but now I can not view my hardrive space and such. I even logged in under administrator and can not view hardrive size.
So under the only 2 accounts I have. Me and admin I can not view or change it back. I was going to take a picture of the issues but It wont even let me save images anymore lol.

You were messing around with something that is very difficult to repair, the Access Control Lists.
Use a digital camera to take pictures.

What I would do - remove the hard drive from the laptop, connect it to a USB-to-hard drive adapter, and then plug it into another Windows 7 computer and use that computer to access the drive and change the permissions on the drive. It's not easy to correct as there are several permission levels.
You can also get a Live CD of a Linux OS like Ubuntu and use that to copy off your important files to an external hard drive. After that is complete, re-install the factory software from the DVDs of the Windows OS. And start over.
