Home video security cameras? Info please?

Need some info on a decent brand of home video security cameras. Ill have about $500 to spend on a decent system if possible. I need 2 cameras, equipped with night vision. I have idiots who are relentless about teasing my dogs through the fence, and Im starting to worry about their (the dogs) safety.
