the samsung is selling you OLD TECHNOLOGY...a pentium is old technology!!!!!!! so, no reco for samsung
I recently bought a thinkpad x200, it is refurbished, but built like a tank, you will need to update windows, and adjust the screen settings etc, but it should last four year and I paid about 350 with the extra anker battery I got off of amazon.
I usually reco get the most recent technology you can afford, but since this is for school and I own one of these, I have no trouble reco a refurbished thinkpad x200, small lightweight and reasonably priced...be sure to not just turn it on and use it, but read all the options that are on there, and use the lenovo driver manager to update your drivers for you etc and this should perform well for 4 years, then you can worry about something newer etc,
my reco is the lenovo or better yet the thinkpad

yes it can run those games... you really did put a lot of effort in giving every bit of info about your laptop... next time you should just include the the following: operating system, ram, hdd space, processor, and graphics card. people will already be able to tell from those info alone
