Answer
The Yellow RCA plug is analog, composite, video. This plugs into the VCR Yellow RCA jack for video-in.

The White RCA plug is for audio. This plugs into the VCR RCA jack for audio-in associated with the video-in.

Then connect the VCR's video out and audio-out to the TV's AV-in.

The camera should have one more connection - for power. The camera came with a 7.5 volt DC power adapter that plugs into the wall and that last connector (that does not look like a RCA plug). Without power, the camera, mic and infrared LEDs for night vision will not work.

Answer
Simple, yellow is composite video, white is audio. Those connect to the A/V in on your VCR. You connect your VCR to your TV or a monitor, set it so you see the VCR menu, and the VCR to line in so you see the camera output. Of course, you also connect the power adapter to the camera power inlet.
Once you see the camera on the TV, you can record it.
