are there security cameras in all supermarket lifts (UK)?

just wondering cause i was planning on pulling a prank in a supermarket lift, i was gonna open a lift door and throw a fake bloody severed head inside it and run out the lift just after i send the lift up to ground level so customers in the supermarket can see it

but i don't want to get caught, are there security cameras in the supermarket lifts?
